People and places

We have been studying population last term.The second half term we are look at places and specifically, settlement. Following our work on settlement and the provision of services we are going to examine congestion in cities and how attempts are being made to solve this. If you click here you will see what the future holds for London and its congestion problems.

A different country, a different name, but the problems are shared by many in LEDC's. You can use this powerpoint presentation on Lima's informal settlements to use as a case study, or just to revise! (a tip though, it is almost 10mb so braodband is advised!)
